Who Are We? North Farnham and St. John’s Episcopal Churches are two independent yet interdependent congregations who have shared the same rector for much of our centuries-long history. Realizing that the true church is not made of brick and mortar but of human hearts, we worship as one, explore our faith together, and care for one another.
What Is Our Mission? We are called to follow Christ’s commandments to love one another as He has loved us. We are committed to serving our church family, our community, and the world around us with courage and compassion, collaborating together to utilize the creative gifts fostered in us by the Holy Spirit.
How Do We Get There? At the heart of our mission is courage. It takes courage to be a Christian. It takes courage to make a commitment to serve God. It takes courage to embrace our creative gifts inspired by the Holy Spirit. It takes courage to treat the world with compassion regardless of how it treats us. It takes courage to build relationships and work together to serve our church and our community.
